I'm a Cosatto Brand Buddy

Have you ever fallen in love with a Brand? Found your self drooling over their latest products in the middle of a shop? I think I have just found a Brand I could completely kit our nursery out with.

Since finding out I was pregnant there have been so many changes on what is out there in the baby world. The fashions have changed a great deal and with so much choice I found my self struggling to make a decision. One thing was for sure, the calm tranquil colours I was set on with my other two children was definitely out of the picture this time round. I have my heart set on funky patterns and bright colours.

Yesterday I received a very special email in my inbox. Cosatto have just announced their very first ambassador programme and they had chosen me to take part in this over the next 6 months. With their new Giggle 3-in-1 just having won a GOLD award with Practical Parenting for best travel system, I couldn't be more excited to work with them.  The ambassadorship is known as the ‘Cosatto Brand Buddies’ and over the coming months I will be bringing you reviews from this very colourful range of nursery equipment as we put their products through their paces.

Watch this space!! Mean while check out their great products for your self.

Small World: Hair gel under the sea

This week we tried an activity which we have not explored for a while. Using hair gel is a great idea for sensory ideas,  I think of it as a type of instant Jelly. Which is a great material for a mum like me who leaves everything till last minute. Hair gel is not only an easily resource to prepare but its also cheap to buy.

To begin with the children I look after started off nervous to put their hands into the hair gel. This is normal in our house when it comes to using sensory tubs. They picked up the sea animals with their finger tips and used the animals to move around the hair gel.

As usually happens it didn't take long for the children to get their hands stuck into the hair gel and start  experienting with how the hair gel moves and the sounds they could make with it. They loved the feel of it in between their fingers and the slight feeling of it sticking to their hand and the table.
